Terms & Conditions
Bethel Careers has designed this Work Placement training as a program to assist unemployed or employed individuals, especially graduate/job seekers and those who are working but in industries they wish to switch from that we do not serve to give them the opportunity to up-skill for a role they are seeking to pursue a career with and to enable them to become employable within the industries we serve.​
Bethel Careers Team will be responsible to receive and approve a candidate work placement training application if they are able to demonstrate that they need a work placement at the time of their application as per our policy. If they are in same industry as they require a skill, they must demonstrate that they want to up-skill in a higher or more critical skill than the one they are currently in, or to either up-skill in a job or in their education. And if they are a beginner, they must demonstrate that they are unable to get a job because they do not have relevant practical hard skills or soft-skills or experience within the industry we serve, which are skills or practical experience and work or ethical capabilities required by potential recruiters or employers and intend to acquire this skill to search a job within the same industry we serve.
If we suspect any misleading information have been given by an applicant, we may reject an application and a a registration or consultation fee would not be refunded.
If our team also observe a rude behavior or misconduct during application process, we may reject such application and there would be no refund of a registration/consultation fee paid.
Bethel Digitech T/A Bethel Careers is not obliged to find or get a job for any individual who attends/attended or partake in our work placement training. Your dedication and willingness to learn, adapt and gain these skill(s) can enable you to become employable. Bethel Digitech T/A Bethel Careers is not a recruitment company and does not find a job for any candidate, trainee who have applied or gone through our training.
After a successful application with Bethel Careers Team, a candidate would be admitted for a Work Experience training called WORK PLACEMENT by our parent IT & Software company called 
 Bethel Digitech. Work Placement would be offered on a specific approved skillset. 
A candidate who wants to become a trainee would apply for this training on our website www.bethelcareers.com/workplacement And their contract will start from the date they made their first payment or first deposit. Or an agreed date if a candidate circumstance did not allow for them to resume training immediately first payment is made. Such contract that starts later even if a deposit or first payment is made must get approval from Bethel Careers/Bethel Digitech authorized person, either a career consultant or a career support assistant of the company through an email, such approval must be clearly sent to candidate through email or stated on candidate's invoice. If there is no such approval of training contract starting later after a deposit or first payment is made, it will be considered that the the date of first payment is the beginning of a 3 or 6 months contract as approved by company management for this training.
 
 If you have applied for this training from a country where we do not have an office example, South Africa, Ghana, India, Nigeria etc. You must provide a reference from one of the countries which we have an office or an approved country in a western region such as UK, Ireland, America etc. A qualified reference can be someone who resides legally in the country you desire to search a job with this skill training or a reference can be accepted from an approved country within approved region. Approved regions are strictly at company's discretion and could be different per candidate. An approved region for someone who reside in South Africa may be different from an approved region that will be approved for someone who lives in Nigeria. All these measures are to ensure a saft business environment and to help us serve you better.
Bethel Digitech will provide you with practical industry experience and professional soft-skills which is like an orientation to adapt or possess professional behaviors such as code of conduct, regulations, terminologies, team player skills etc., in a work placement environment. Skills that Bethel Digitech offers are within the following industries; IT, software, Customer Service, Finance, Financial Technology (Fintech), Payments, Banking Operations, Technical Support, Data Science, Cloud Solutions.
An individual on our work placement program will be entitled to use Bethel Digitech name on their CV/Resume once they commence work placement. During your work experience training, a candidate will attend a CV Workshop, where their CV will be fix by our CV workshop team to a professional standard and there will also be a collaboration meeting where we share job search tips and job links assistance, this usually commences after the first 30 to 60 days of your work placement training.
Job search will be a combine/collaborative effort between a candidate and Bethel Careers Team.

Currently all the categories of work placement that we offer included CRITICAL & HIGHLY CRITICAL SKILL. A candidate must be required to pay their training fees upfront either on a monthly or weekly basis or 3months/quarterly basis in advance before a month or a quarter commence. 
3. Critical & Highly critical skill - Pay in advance before starting.

1. Highly Critical skill - Pay Later when you get a job. Successful applicants would be enrolled to start in the next session and would be required to sign a contract before they can commence this pay later scheme. This said contract would state clearly the terms with which the program is binding to both parties. Pay later category, candidate would benefit from full scale practical work experience training from Bethel Digitech and would start paying for their training which they have gained when they get a job.  
2. Critical skill - Pay Later when you get a job. Successful applicants would be enrolled to start in the next session and would be required to sign a contract before they can commence this pay later scheme. This said contract would state clearly the terms with which the program is binding to both parties. Pay later category, candidate would benefit from full scale practical work experience training from Bethel Digitech and would start paying for their training which they have gained when they get a job.   

3. Critical skill & Highly critical skill advance payment candidate. Applicant(s) would be required to pay in advance before they start their work placement either on a month-to-month basis or 3 months in advance. Successful applicants would be interviewed and will not be required to sign any additional contract outside this terms and condition. A candidate can change their skill set before commencing training provided it has been approved by Bethel Digitech management. 
For advance payment candidate category, Once the first invoice is cleared, a candidate can commence their work placement immediately. There is no additional cost to be paid for this category after you get a job
A trainee cannot determine topic of training skills, whether practical or theory/e-learning skills: For example; when a training should be given or how it should be given.
Bethel Digitech Management has the sole discretion to what topics at every and any time during the duration of this training. Bethel Digitech management has the best idea on topics and training skills to help trainees and supporting them on how to become skillful or employable during this training and job search. A trainee or work placement candidate will not be allowed to dictate what skill, topic, when or how it should be given.
It may be considered a breach of this agreement to turndown management decision, procedure or policies.
This could result in work placement termination.

SWITCHING FROM ONE CATEGORY TO THE OTHER:
Category 3 candidates can request to switch or change their skill or switch from Category 3 to Category 1 or 2 Pay Later scheme by writing an email to hr@betheldigitech.com 
Provided a candidate have been on work placement for at least 1month or more on category 3 advance payment, a candidate who wants to switch to Category 1 or 2 Pay Later scheme must be of good conduct, have no payment arrears, and have excellent KPI performance. In most cases, candidates cannot switch from Pay in advance to Pay later. But can switch from Pay Later to pay in advance. 
Any approval is sole at the discretion of Bethel Digitech Management.

REFUND POLICY OF REGISTRATION FEE:
THERE WOULD BE NO REFUND OF REGISTRATION FEE AFTER PAYMENT
Ticking the box of our terms and conditions confirm that you are above 18 years, you have read and understood the terms and condition of registration and application for Bethel Digitech work placement. And you understand that the registration fee once paid is non-refundable irrespective of the outcome of your application and doesn't in any way guarantee enrolment or offer of a work placement with Bethel Digitech or Bethel Careers.Payment transaction cannot be cancelled or amended.
 
REFUND OF WORK PLACEMENT PAYMENT/FEE
There would be no refund of any work placement fee/payment paid if a trainee decides to terminate their work placement. Refund can only be approved if Bethel Digitech termites a trainees work placement. Refund may be considered for limited reasons. There must be a valid reason with evidence, such as a work placement candidate/trainee passing on, or a work placement trainee has been admitted in a hospital for severe medical reason that may require a trainee to be unable to work which my result to absent from their shift for a very long time. In a case whereby a trainee is sick for a short period, a trainee may be allowed to reschedule their shift to a later time rather than a refund. Reasons for a refund must be very valid up to a reason where this individual cannot continue their work placement like been incapacitated to work.Other than that if a trainee request refund simply because they want to terminate their work placement, such refund would not be approved and if a trainee insist on termination before end of contract, refund would not be approved.

Category & Contract:
Candidates who register under category 1 or 2 as described above under PAY LATER scheme is also fully bound by this terms & condition which serves as the agreement/legal contract/agreement signed between themselves and Bethel Digitech.

TERMS & CONDITION FOR CATEGORY 3
The following Terms & Condition would be the terms of use of our service for all candidates who opt for category 1,2 or 3. Critical or Highly critical skill - Pay in advance before commencing and Pay Later.

There is no obligation that Bethel Careers finds or gets a job for any candidate who attended or take part in our  a work placement training. Your dedication and willingness to learn, adapt and gain these skill(s) can enable you to become employable.
 
Successful candidates who wish to partake in our Work Placement are required to have a laptop, smart phone and good/average internet speed of minimum 4G.
 
Bethel Digitech will not offer the above and candidates without these requirements will not be registered for our Work Placement.
Duration of Bethel Digitech work placement program is a minimum of three months (3months). Unbreakable 3 months, and up to 6 months or more. Whether fees are being paid on a MONTH TO MONTH or QUARTERLY/3MONTHS UPFRONT basis. A trainee is not allowed to downgrade from 6months contracts to a 3 months contract once you have started your work placement. If a downgrade is requested, this would result in a work placement termination which could affect a trainee's chance in a reference feedback during job search. 3 months Contract can only be recommended to already skills individual and not recommended for beginners. 
Bethel Digitech reserves the right to discontinue a candidate from our a work placement program immediately for misconduct, violation of company policy or code of conduct. Any unused balance will be refunded to the candidate through the same method of payment.
DATA PRIVACY:
Bethel Digitech will not share candidates/trainees' information or data with any third-party company. This is a high priority for us. Bethel Digitech company data/information should also be treated highly confidential and not shared with any third-party. Candidates should under no obligation share company sensitive information/data internally or externally without seeking guidance from management.  Bethel Digitech data must not be stored on private devices, and must be deleted immediately if downloaded on a device for example a training purpose etc. If stored unless for official or training purpose without been authorized, it will be considered a violation and a breach of company's data, privacy policy and confidentiality. Any such data must be deleted immediately after used for training purpose. Disciplinary and or legal action may be carried out on such individual.
GDPR LAW MAY APPLY.
 
If a candidate refuses to pay up their monthly or quarterly fee at any time, Bethel Digitech company reserves the right to stop their work placement program. Bethel Digitech also reserves the sole right to give or not to give a grace period, if necessary, till a particular time to allow for a candidate to pay up their fees.
 
Bethel Digitech is not under any obligation to give a grace period. If a candidate still refused to pay their fee after an expiration of a stipulated grace period given, as approved by the company, a candidate will be disallowed to continue and will be deactivated from the company training tools and system immediately.
Grace periods are given especially based on valid reason as approved by
Bethel Digitech Management.
If a grace period has been exhausted, a candidate may be notified before they are disallowed from their work placement program. We may give a period of time to pay fees even though they may not be allowed to continue until they have paid up. if a candidate was given a grace period and they did not pay up at the given time, the company reserves the right to disallow them from their work placement program. An email notification/ termination will be sent accordingly.
 

TRAINING SHIFT:
Bethel Digitech work placement shift training hours; is one day every week.

From 1st October 2022.TRAINING SHIFT or any Remote-LEARNINGS/duration allowed for trainees is a minimum of 30mins to a maximum of 1hour. And for practical skills, is a minimum of 1hour to a maximum of 2Hours. depending on contract type. 

 

Work placement shifts calculation

One Month Contract is a total of 4 shifts

3 Months contract is a total of 12 shifts 

6 months contract is s total of 24 shifts

There shall not be no addition of extra shift days or hours other than this number of shifts. Unless an exceptional measure is given to a trainee which shall only be by the discretion of Bethel Digitech management. on approval. Email would be sent to trainee if such is approved only at the discretion of company management as written above, Bethel Digitech company is not under any obligation to give extra training shifts to any one individual/trainee. 

A demand by a trainee of any extra shift more than the above number would be considered

  an attempt to breach this agreement and our policy,

This act(s) may lead to work placement termination.

Extra/Additional Month(s) and Additional Payment for trainees on PAY LATER

A PAY LATER trainee has an obligation to start searching for a job as soon as permitted by the company as instructed by company staffs (Company staffs could be Bethel Careers or Bethel Digitech managers) NOT A TRAINER THAT IS A CONTRACTOR OR FREELANCE).

If a Pay Later trainee refuses to start searching for a job early as instructed, and or for other training delays issues that was not caused by the company Bethel Digitech/Bethel Careers, and if a trainee happens to not get a job after the 6 months contract, and they want to get a reference that covers for further months beyond the 6months contract, a Pay Later Trainee would have to continue paying monthly SERVICE CHARGE that covers the extra months. Such trainee you must pay service charge for all the months. And they will also have to pay for the Full month of extra months when they start paying for their RE-PAYMENT OF THIER WORK PLACEMENT TRAINING. Unless an extra month(s) was approved by the company, then they may not pay a service charge or pay for the month. Approval of such must be only by company discretion depending on circumstances surrounding that permission. 

TRAINING/SKILL TOPICS

All remote Learning and one on one trainings including Induction, Code of conduct, AML, CTF, KYC, SANCTIONS etc. Are not offered for free. All and more of any other training depending on trainees’ skill set including CV fixing training/shift, CV workshop and job search collaboration meeting are not offered for free. 
They are all considered part of your work placement training/shift as well as any topic on your plan of action.
A trainee cannot determine what topic(s) of training skills to be given, whether practical or theory/e-learning skills etc. Also a trainee cannot determine when a training should be given or how it should be given, in other-words; a trainee cannot determine whether a particular topic should come at the start or at the finishing period of their work placement training Bethel Digitech management has the sole discretion to give training topics when necessary
Bethel Digitech Management has the sole discretion on what topics at every and any time during the duration of this training. Bethel Digitech management has the best idea on topics and training skills to help trainees and supporting them on how to become skilful or employable during this training and job search. A trainee or work placement candidate will not be allowed to dictate what skill topic to be give, when or how.
It may be considered a breach of this agreement to turndown management decision, procedure or policies.
If a trainee/work placement candidate attempt to manipulate or kick against company instruction or decision on any of the above training order, this may result in work placement termination.
CHANGING A TRAINER
A trainer can be changed at any time by management decision and discretion. A trainee would not be allowed to decide who their trainer should be on a particular skill or topic.
Shift Booking:
A candidate is required to book their shift on our company booking sheet/timesheet (BS) 48hours before a shift can be approved by the trainer who will host them. If a candidate is unable to attend a training/shift for a valid reason, they will be allowed to re-book for a double shift the following week. Candidates are not allowed to miss 2 training shifts simultaneously, else, this would be considered a forfeited shift that would be counted against them, and they may not be allowed to retake that shift in the future. Unless a candidate has sought permission to be absent 48hours prior to shift date under a valid reason category.

Valid Reason must be backed up with a proof that can be verified and approved by Bethel Digitech Management. Eg: Medical appointment, accident, sudden illness, bereavement.  
 
If a candidate fails to attend their training/shift without a valid reason, such day will be considered a loss to a candidate without refund, company may consider reschedule for an unattended training /shift day for a valid reason(s) and may allow for a rebooking of a training /shift day subsequently, provided company can accommodate.
Failure to attend a training/shift:
If a candidate miss their shift due to circumstances caused by Bethel Digitech company, such as non-availability of a trainer etc. or due to company system issue beyond our control, a candidate will be allowed to re-schedule their training /shift at no cost in the following week, and also reschedule missed shifts.
If failure to attend a training was as a result of a candidate's misconduct under investigation for being violent, harassing or bullying our staff(s), trainers of other trainees this shift will not be rescheduled, and a disciplinary action may be taken.
 
Misconduct:
A shift may be suspended for misconduct or fees not being paid and this may result to refunds not being given and will not be processed.. If the misconduct is resolved and the company believes that such misconduct is not harmful to our company's image, or other candidates or company staffs or our business, only then, will the candidate be allowed to continue their training/shifts.
 
Misconduct that is considered harmful to our company image, business or our staffs or other candidates will result in termination of work placement training. If Bethel Digitech has terminated a candidate's work placement, there will be a refund of any remaining or unused fees paid by a candidate. 
Late fee for category 3 candidates: Late fees may apply to delay in making payment of training fees of self-sponsorship of month to month or quarterly 3months advance or monthly services charge payment fees. Late fees amount is at the 12% every week of delayed payment fees.
Interview Meeting:
Before a candidate is admitted to our work placement program, there will be a meeting/interview and this meeting may be recording for quality assurance purpose and to enable our team make decision on your admission for our training program.
This interview recordings will be and remain the intellectual property (IP) of Bethel Digitech Limited & Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd. 
RECORDINGS:
All trainings, meetings, phone calls before boarding & during Work Placement training program may be recorded for quality assurance and training purpose. By accepting this terms and condition, you have agreed to video or and audio recordings or phone calls regarding your training program, your initial interview and any meeting or training, whether you finally come onboard our work placement or not. This training recordings will be and remain the intellectual property (IP) of Bethel Digitech Limited & Bethel Digital Technologies Ltd. 
PAYMENT DUE DATE:
Start date of contract/payment counts from the first payment date. Expiration of payment/invoice is a day before start/first date of payment. Eg: If the first payment was made on the 3rd of January, the next payment due date will be 2nd January. 
If a candidate delays in payment of fees on subsequent month(s), this said delay does not change payment due date or expiration date. First payment due date is considered start date. Invoice issued date is not considered start date. Next payment due date is a date before the FIRST payment date.

NON-PAYMENT BREACH

For pay in advance work placement contract: Your work placement is unbreakable just as Pay Later scheme. You cannot change your payment agreement after you start, so ensure you are ready before you make your first payment/deposit. If you change your original payment agreement or payment plan, this would result in a change of the original number of practical shifts training which you are entitled to.  As you know from the above statement on this contract, 6 months’ work placement originally last for 24 weeks exact. You would now become entitled to less weeks depending on the amount you have been unable to pay. For example, if you were entitled to 24weeks full weeks in a 6-month contract, you would now be entitled to only to 12 weeks counting from your starting date of first payment. Balance weeks would be calculated accordingly, regarding your soft skills trainings and hard skills.

 

If you change your payment plan, your work placement would be terminated at a different date from your original date of ending. If you did not breach this contract through lack of payment as agreed on your work placement, then, your work placement would have ended without termination.

  You may bel allow to reinstall your original contract, only if you pay the balance of according to original agreement. Else we would be forced to trigger a new arrangement for termination at a different date from original arrangement as your non-payment can be treated as a breach of your contract.

Continuation Policy:
Bethel Digitech is not under any obligation to allow a candidate to continue their Work Placement after the minimum duration of 3 months is completed. Bethel Digitech reserves the sole discretion to allow or disallow 
a candidate to continue or not.
 
Disallowing Factor:
There are many factors that may result in disallowing a candidate from continuing their work placement. If an individual does not seem to require further skills as reported by their trainer, misconduct, violation of company's data privacy or policy, violation of any company policy, non-seriousness, bullying, disrespectfulness towards staff/trainers. If a candidate is unable to meet up with training skills, also, if the company feels an individual does not seem to be catching up with the training topic the company may disallow such individual. There may be other reasons/factors that may not be disclosed that may pose risk to company security or the security and safety of our staffs or other work placement candidate.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION:
A candidate is required to submit their government proof of ID and proof of residency/citizenship by email to Bethel Digitech before commencing training. This is to enable Bethel Digitech to verify their identity and for company security and data privacy reasons, and also to enable Bethel Digitech to determine if they are eligible to come on board.
End of contract/Character Reference:
At the end of a 3 months minimum or 6 months' maximum Work Placement training a character reference will be provided to your new employer upon request. 

PAY WHEN YOU GET A JOB TERMS & CONDITION

After an interview of a candidate/potential trainee, if a candidate is to come on board on a Pay Later scheme, that is if a candidate have been approved for Pay Later. Wether they have been interviewed or not. It is is at the sole discretion of Bethel Digitech company to allocate a specific skill to a trainee, meaning Bethel Digitech reserves the sole discretion to approve what skill would be provided to a trainee on Pay Later scheme without any obligation and without and liability and with no consequences. As we have an understanding that some certain skills do not attract a fast employment/job in the market and Bethel Digitech company would not approve some certain skill for a trainee even though this trainee may have paid a registration fee for pay later scheme.

If a trainee insist on a specific skill(s) after been advised that we do not approve some skills on pay later, this trainee would only be left with the option of pay in advance and  

there would be no refund of a registration fee paid. This registration fee would be considrd a consultation fee to get further information on how to improve their career.

Even if a candidate have paid for a registration fee to be considered for Pay Later, if this candidate did not demonstrate competency enough during an interview or a phone call with our career consultants, to be approved for pay later scheme, such candidate would not be approved for pay later and there would be no refund of a registration fee paid. This registration fee would be considrd a consultation fee to get further information on how to improve their career.

WORK PLACEMENT PAY LATER OPENED 1ST OCT 2023 

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE WORK PLACEMENT - PAY ONLY WHEN YOU GET A JOB

 

-REGISTRATION fee for new comers £105

-Monthly Service charge £35

-Instalment payment only after you get a job.

 

WORK PLACEMENT TRAINING TOTAL COST PRICE FOR 6 MONTHS:

-If your training duration is 6 months, you will pay £1900 after

you get a job. Payment must be made in instalment on a monthly basis 4 times as follows:

£1900 divided by 4 months = £475 per month.

 

 

WORK PLACEMENT TRAINING TOTAL COST PRICE FOR 3 MONTHS:

-If your training duration is 3 months, you will pay £1500 after

you get a job. Payment must be made in instalment on a monthly basis 4 times as follows:

£1500 divided by 4 months = £375 per month.

PROMO/DISCOUNTED PLAN - PAY NOW PLAN

At certain seasons, Bethel Digitech T/A Bethel Careers company may introduce discounted plans/schemes which the fee(s)/cost may be lower standard amount/cost of training.

Such discounted fee(s) and training arrangement would be at the company's discretion and training duration must be a maximum of One hour per shift , One day per week, and a maximum of 1hours per shift/training session for a few number of trainees, but could be up to  maximum of 2hours if trainees are in a large number, above 5 persons in a session/team at a continuous  training contract. If trainees are not i large number, shift/training session duration remains at maximum of 1hour.

Such plan must stay within stipulated placement duration example, 3 months or 6months as initially agreed through email conversation before trainee onboarding (before initial deposit was made). And if a trainees requires extra hour(s) or wants to extend months, this can be negotiated with the company's management to request approval by an authorised person. An authorised person must be a senior person in company. (a Supervisor, aManager or a Director). And such approval must have email correspondance to that effect. 

Approval of any such negotiation is strictly at Company's discretion only. 

If a trainee stays beyond 3 months, then automatically their contract will be rolled over for another 3 months which will become a 6-month contract. And even if the trainee gets a job offer before the 6th month or 4 months etc., trainee will still pay for 6 months when they get the job.

 

If a trainee is unhappy with this contract, they should not start this work placement, as soon as you start, they are obliged to fulfil the obligations of the terms and condition of both PAY IN ADVANCE or PAY LATER SCHEME.

 

Pay later training starting time will be at (Bethel Digitech) company discretion.

Registration fee is non-refundable.

 

Training may be one-on-one or in a group according to Bethel Digitech policy, a trainee cannot request to be treated specially from others and cannot request a one-on-one training.

 

All training will be offered remotely

Bethel Digitech may partner with a debt collector to redeem any amount that is outstanding by a trainee who refused to pay their training fee. A trainee who refuses to pay their debt will be subject to terms and condition provided by our Debt collector.

 

Bethel Digitech reserves the right to not board any individual based on assessment of application and cv details.

 

A trainee must commence their fee repayment from their first month salary up to the 4th month and should be unbreakable.

 

Bethel Digitech reserves the right to contact your new employer should a trainee refuse to repay their training fee as agreed.

 

If a trainee does not pass our interview/consultation, their registration or consultation fee will not be refunded, and BETHEL DIGITECH WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY SORT OF REFUND OR CHARGES for this reason, but we may offer them other opportunities as an exceptional measure to come on board on a very discounted rate to PAY IN ADVANCE PLAN.

Also, if a trainee does not get a job during or after their training, Bethel Digitech or Bethel Digital Technologies T/A Bethel Careers WILL NOT BE BLAMED, LIABLE, TO ANY SORT OF REFUND OR CHARGES for this reason. 

 

Bethel Digitech PAY LATER Work Placement training has a strict interview pass criteria which all trainees must meet to be approved for to come on board.

 

All other parts of the Bethel Digitech Work Placement terms and conditions apply to PAY LATER trainees as well.

If a trainees change their payment arrangement as originally agreed before starting this would affect the initial shift arrangement and their work placement may be terminated instead of ending accordingly. 

NON-PAYMENT BREACH

As your work placement is unbreakable, a change on agreed payment plan would result in a change of the original number of practical shifts training which you are entitled to.  Our 6 months’ work placement originally last for 24 weeks exact. You would now be only entitled less weeks depending on the amount you have been unable to pay. For example, if you were entitled to 24weeks full weeks in a 6-month contract, you would now be entitled to only to 12 weeks counting from your stating date of first payment. Balance weeks would be calculated accordingly regarding your soft skills trainings and hard skills.

 

If you change your payment plan, your work placement would be terminated at a different date from your original date of ending. If you did not breach this contract through lack of payment as agreed your work placement would have ended without termination.

  

You may bel allow to reinstall your original contract, only if you pay the balance of according to original agreement. Else we would be forced to trigger a new arrangement for termination at a different date from original arrangement as your non-payment can be treated as a breach of your contract.

This agreement is fully binding and shall be subject to Irish laws for a candidate or trainee who resides in Ireland or any EU country only and not else where should there be any dispute between both parties.

 

This agreement is fully binding and shall be subject to the laws of United Kingdom for a candidate or trainee who reside in the United Kingdom only and not else where should there be any dispute between both parties.

This agreement is fully binding and shall be subject to the Nigerian laws for a candidate or trainee who reside in Africa or Asia or any other country outside Europe, America or Australia only and not else where should there be any dispute between both parties.

This agreement is fully binding and shall be subject to the laws of United Kingdom for a candidate or trainee who reside in countries in OTHER WESTER REGION. Other western region includes includes USA, CANADA, ICELAND, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, only and not else where should there be any dispute between both parties.

This terms and condition may be updated from time to time, to suit service delivery and updated information therein is fully applicable to both boarded and on boarding candidates, provided they partake in our training. A candidate is required to give a minimum of 30 days' notice period to withdraw from their work placement training.
